Groups & SubGroups
Organise attendees into hierarchical groups and subgroups, each with its own access permissions, days of entry, and credential limits.
Profile Management
Register profiles with photo, encrypted ID, and group assignment. Profiles can be carried over to the next edition and reused safely.
QR Credential Generation
Generate printable QR-code credentials per profile. Templates are fully customisable and credentials can be printed on demand.
Real-Time Access Scanning

Admins manage everything. Sub-group operators see only their assigned groups. SuperAdmins can reset, export, and configure the system.

Create Event
Define the event, its days of access, access zones, parking slots, and credential templates.
Set Up Groups
Create groups (e.g. VIP, Press, Staff) and subgroups with their own access rules and daily limits.
Register Profiles
Add people to subgroups — upload their photo and encrypted ID. Credential auto-assigns from template.
Print Credentials
Print individual or batch credentials and car passes directly from the platform.
Scan at Gate
Use the QR scanner to validate entry and exit in real-time, with access rule enforcement.
Audit & Report
Review the full audit trail and scan logs. Export reports for event debrief.
